Where to write, for each kind of question. Every email is read and answered by the person who makes SheetMorph.

1. Questions and feedback

For a question about using SheetMorph, a part it cannot make yet, or anything else about it, write to sheetmorph@arohamatrix.com.

With a question about a pattern, it helps to send the link to the part: copy it from the workspace, and the sizes go with it.

2. Faults in the application

A fault can be reported on GitHub, with Report a problem. Reports there are public, so leave out anything private; to report a fault privately, write to sheetmorph@arohamatrix.com instead.

Say which module it was in, what was typed, and what happened. The version is at the foot of each page.

3. Privacy and your account

To see, correct or delete your account data, or with any question about personal data, write to sheetmorph-privacy@arohamatrix.com, from the email address of your account if you can. The privacy policy explains what is kept and the rights you have.

4. Security problems

If you find a weakness in the security of SheetMorph, please report it privately to sheetmorph@arohamatrix.com rather than in public, so that it can be fixed first. The same address is in the site's security.txt.
